About us
Pete Wagner recently left his position as general manager of Motorco Music Hall and Parts & Labor in Durham, and Chef Dan Obusan cut his teeth in New York, working for Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Danny Meyer. Obusan helped open The Modern, Meyer’s Michelin star restaurant located in the Museum of Modern Art. As chef de cuisine for Georgio’s Group Obusan helped open Kipos here in Chapel Hill.
With the intention of creating a walkable destination for the surrounding neighborhoods and fostering community in northern Chapel Hill, Deli Edison is part neighborhood hangout—part serious food emporium.
